★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given this branch so many chances... food is always late and never tastes upto the mark. One time batter was still raw from the inside. They will tell u 5 mins and will take more than 30 mins. Today was the last time i will come to this branch. In the middle of rush hour on the sunday they are sitting and frying a new batch instead of keeping it ready. 10 to 15 people came after me and were told to wait 20 mins for the food so they just left. Never coming back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The KFC outlet at NIBM serves the best food by far. The staff are polite and helpful, especially Priyanka and Samakshi, who go out of their way to help. The KFC outlet at the Phoenix mall serves the worst food in my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be deceived with the word signature piece! I got their 8 pieces (signature hot and crispy) most of the pieces were wing pieces with a vey heavy coating… if your money is important for don’t buy from this place at all! (Anyway india is the worst place to eat kfc! Vey low quality! But this place is worst of the worst!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud place. Takes online orders and never delivers it. Steals our money and never returns it. Beware of these fraudsters. Store manager Atul Agarwal, never found on store, never picks up phone calls. Always busy in some or the other “meeting”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good wholesome pieces of chicken, especially after the recent bad experiences while ordering online, this dine-in experience was worth it. I have observed that when we order, the chicken pieces and overall quantity are a little less than what we would get during a dine-in or takeaway. Request the KFC Store to maintain the same quantity irresof whether its a dine-in or online order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this KFC joint, staff is very nice and helpful and even though it was mad rush hour with delivery boys hovering over, they all kept their cool and were very polite with them and as well as with other customers.
Place becomes little crowded on weekends. And it becomes difficult to keep distance.
Service is good. All in all good joint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger licking good, food has been amazing in KGC, not from now, but from so long. However, the recent changes in Menu of removing rice bowl and introducing Biryani is not a good change, rice bowl used to be very nice, if KFC can keep up with their Menu, it would have been better

Takeaway order and they forgot to put in the fries. This is the second time at this outlet. Sad?
Rest services are good but if you keep forgetting then how would that benefit.
