★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i ordered boneless strips on 2nd Nov 2021 but the taste was worst. Even the taste is quite different than the KFC chicken. I like to go to KFC because of consistency in its taste but KFC Bareilly is not upto mark at this point. I never had KFC chicken like that. I think KFC Bareilly is making peoples fool because the its chicken taste is quite different from KFCs of other cities.

3 times there frier were not working.
2 times they denied to take card payment
They don't have any kind of UPI code scanner
Some times they take cash sometimes card.
It's a big franchisee then also they denies all kind of mode payment.

Showing u phonepe and all but only cash and card options are available.?
Please update, if digital payment options are not working, please don't portrait options on front door..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I Ordered 1 Big8 and 8 piece HC for takeaway. We received 1 Big8 and 8 piece boneless chicken wen opened at home. The whole amount for HC was paid. The boneless was full of salt and unable to eat. Then we ordered egg fried rice from Zomato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made my order through swiggy for 5 pieces Smoky red bucket and one chicken rice bowl. The order got accepted immediately and the status was showing as order is getting ready. The delivery partner reached there to pick it up, and after more than half an hour I am receiving the call saying that the outlet doesn't have the smoky red. Is it really your way to deal with your customers? After half an hour of receiving the order, the concerned team is realizing that they don't have it. Pathetic!!!
Please check on it on the serious note, because it's the second time that such type of case came into my knowledge.
If the team can't manage the orders, they should stop receiving it on the first go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks beatiful and having enough spaces if you are with family, couple or alone too. Staffs are very friendly and responsive. Ordering the food was convenient. There was no crowd inside. Display of menu was clear. Although crusher was not available when I was ordering, but the food was hot and well prepared. If you have any issue with the food, they are ready to provide you with another one. Online order and Drive through order options are also available. Must visit place for all Chicken Lover.
