This outlet is very big n clean.
Ambiance is great.
Staff is very polite n always ready to serve you.
I tried chicken popcorn rice bowl and chicken popcorn.
Rice was awesome .
And it has special aroma .
Chicken popcorn was great, soft juicy little bit hint of spices.
I really love this place .
Chicken popcorn is my favourite here.
Service is very quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not even give a single star. The service is very poor and this kind of service is not excepted from KFC. This is the worst branch and I would highly recommend not to visit here.
We ordered a zinger classic burger and tandoori zinger burger, they gave me both classic burger and were arguing that one of them is tandoori but i can clear say that both were same classic burger.

This KFC has recruited persons with disability and they can't speak but are doing amazing job. For this it should be appreciated.
However, there was one guy who wasn't PwD was very rude. We asked him for Pepsi, he gave us 7Up and said Pepsi is not available but gave it to someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the KFC on FC road and let me tell you before hand I'm not very familer with eating non-veg so it's quite obvious I guess that I thought it was all but just chicken in everything! We ordered the classic zinger, surprisingly they are bigger in size than any other burgers famous ones. But again I felt that the patty had too much meat and that it wasn't having any taste, especially with the boneless chicken bucket we ordered it felt like there was boiled chicken inside the fried whatever it was. The chicken inside didn't have any taste of it's own so over all I kind of was disappointed since we all have heard they are finger licking good but that wasn't the case for me.
Overall I'll say it's very costly and hyped up unnecessarily, we spent over a thousand for this which if you want you can get anywhere in a local restaurant and if you're lucky it'll taste better than a KFC.

Not even single table was clean, I doubt about the kitchen. I am a big fan of KFC but looking at this, I was very disappointed. When we asked the staff to clean just 1 table for us, they said sit somewhere else. This is not acceptable, specially in this time of Covid. People are still trusting you and coming to your outlets to enjoy their meals, but when we see all these , you are not really loosing customers worldwide but you are disappointing them.
I have always liked all your meals , specially in UAE , the safety measures are taken care of but this place, I find you are loosing unity.
