★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience 3 different times with delivery orders from New Bel road branch
1. First time incorrect items were delivered, calling customer care was useless
2. Second time few pieces were missing in the bucket, again calling customer care was useless
3. Third time, my food wasn't delivered. Customer care number wasn't reachable this time time inspite of multiple attempts
Seriously, there are some big issues with management of New BEL road branch & delivery agents responsible. KFC customer care is hopeless.

They have only one counter for taking the orders & the same staff is also involved in preparing the orders for customers.
We had waited for 30-40 min just to get the order.
The Cleanliness in the washroom & seating area just seems to be okay, could have been a lot better.
Food is similar to any other KFC outlet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff behaviour, there was a lady guess store manager, she was busy with her own stuff and least bothered to take my order , there were no customers infact. I had to wait for 5 min for them to take my order definitely I will not visit this place again, no proper behaviour,they gave broken Patty for the burgers highly disappointed. Just because of these people the name n customer KFC had looses them

Food was really good obviously it’s KFC bro ? but was not happy with the service I felts staffs are bit rude with the customers I would request KFC management to train staffs to be friendly with the customers ?
