★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this restaurant yesterday. KFC restaurant is famous for fried dishes of chicken. And this restaurant is very close to Preet Vihar Metro Station.
When I came to this restaurant, I placed an order to Nisha. Nisha was standing in your store restaurant counter. She fraud with me. If you are a real person then why put wrong number. I told Nisha my contact number but Nisha entered my number incorrectly. I told Nisha, why did you put some other contact in my order, she says, no matter what happens. Nisha talked to me rudely and she does not know how to talk to the customer. How can you enter someone's contact number? If I get sick after eating food at KFC, how will I tell my order, if I do not have the exact contact written on your database and you are entering wrong contact details. Even though i got late order by the restaurant staff even the store was not crowded. I will also put a photo of my bill with the review. That i ordered.

I was placing the order to Nisha, then I said that instead of the Pepsi that I am taking with the ultimate save bucket, you give me 2 thousand island peach bomb and give me 1 red storm. See what they have billed in the bill. I will also show you the photo that I received from the order.
(Pay attention also in quantity. You have given very little quantity of chicken.)
I have a very useless experience here more than last time. No one is present in your counter to take orders. Everyone is busy talking, working very loosely. This is not how a restaurant works. Do not let the KFC brand spoil because of some restaurant staff. I hope you will take care of customers in future. Hopefully I will not have to face such a problem next time. And there is no use of talking on call. When I gave you my review here. Everyone should know about your restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One wallpaper claiming bucket starting from ₹199 got my attention. When I entered the property and ask for same at the counter. The lady said there's no such offer or price range for bucket in the menu. What blown me away was her next line "vo shayad online ke liye hoga, mujhe bas andar ke menu ke baare me pata h. Bahar kya likha hai. I don't know."
Then I order a normal meal and to my surprise the food was cold soggy. And so called these red chicken leg pieces were cold, not at all juicy and not at all tender. Quality was worst I've ever had at KFC.
These guys literally have to take their chicken quality seriously. Some black and strange kind of paste was there on chicken. I don't know for what reason. Hot and crispy was neither hot nor crispy.

*Lack of commitment
*Very bad quality of food
*Miscommunication between promotional team and on store staff.
*Worst chicken at KFC.
