★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst outlet. I ordered through Zomato a pair of veg crispy burger. To my surprise they have completely burnt the patty and kept inside. A pure sign of negligence eventhough the patty is burnt they kept inside the burger and sent. My question would be will you eat that? Shame on you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new self service update is definately more convenient than waiting on the line to place to your order, which if u don't know its a restless job to do in kfc. But the staff could definately give the customers some privacy While placing the order cuz they're constantly recommending things that were least interested in, yes I get it is their job, but they can wait until we've done and then recommend instead they keep interrupting. The good quality is quite fine as always, they've removed krushers from their menu a lil bummed about that. But over all a great place to dine-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed. This is the worst KFC outlet I have visited till date, equally disappointing in terms of food, service, as well as hygiene. The chicken wasn't crispy and the coating was too little unlike actual KFC, it was very oily also. The staffs were very unprofessional and doesn't even know how to process Dine-in orders placed from KFC app. The y don't even have a proper washroom, if u need to wash your hands the door written "wash" will lead you outside the store and to some sort of a public washroom which is accessible to anyone which is very unacceptable during this pandemic time.(it was very unhygienic).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC has been my favourite. Whenever you are hungry, find a place and grab something of your choice. Chicken Grilled, Fiery Hot, Crispy, Got Wings, and Chicken Popcorn are the famous items here. These items are yummy, and you can order as per your choice. Sometimes, when I am damn hungry during lunchtime, like me, you can customize your order and also opt rice bowl with popcorn, wings, etc. The pretty good quantity of rice is served in the rice bowl, and it's damn tasty. Reasonably priced compared to its competitors, and its unique taste will make you go again and again. Parking is available near the road. I went some 1 week back. Some wiring works are going on then. Hopefully, they will finish it off by now. Free water is available! Ask the counter to serve you water if you are thirsty. Washroom facilities and friendly staff are another feature here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a couple of zinger burgers, but what I got, are set of buns with a small piece of fried chicken in each and a patch of mayo. A bitter experience that none of the KFCs can serve this way.
Instead of a zinger, one should buy three fried chicken pieces to fill the tummy. Or you've an option across the road Burger King. I was waiting for my order for more than 15 min, approached the counter, then only they realised the order they'd missed.
Service is pathetic and staff busy chatting. Cleanliness is ok.

He didn’t stopped their he went further one step and delivered my order on table.
He is SUPERB….? looking forward to see more staffs like him (Mathew) in KFC outlet?
