★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC I’ve ever been to…very unprofessional…sub par service comparatively…please avoid and look for a different KFC…not wearing gloves while handling food…very weird to see that KFC is not maintaining standards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered burgers and all, the bill was 531, i paid via UPI, I showed them the succesful of payment but they didn't get the confirmation, so they told me to pay again, i said NO.., so they told me to go and won't gave the order, behaviour was very rude, next day again I went and asked that i didn't got the refund so they said, go and get the order, and i said now' i don't want to eat so they said, we won't refund and when i requested and fought with them, then they refunded the amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for classic zinga burger , in their screen the price was 259 but when I asked for it they said it's 327 because the price is changed from the company. Anyway first impression was not so impressive but I got for it .
Second thing iceberg lettuce stuffed inside my burger was rotten .
Third ,French fried came after 10 minutes.
Simply disaster.
Want to give 0 ratings but there is no option for it .
Being a sous chef I think this needs to be ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC needs no introduction, got broast strips box, it was good and yummy as usual loved mustard sauce and mayonnaise. Chicken was tender juicy and crispy, smells and tastes out of the world. Got it on Wednesday discounts. There where 12 strips and all together costed Rs.335/-,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 4 piece hot and crispy, one large fries, Mayo, and large Pepsi. Costs around ₹540
1. The chicken was not hot nor crispy.
2. The chicken smells, might be bad oil or old stock
3. Only good things were the fries and Pepsi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is not for the staff or the ambiance of the place, it's only for the food. The staff was very friendly and the place had the same old ambiance.
But the taste of the food has degraded a lot. The crispy fry chicken and the hot wings have become almost bland, there is no flavour.
Even the French fries where crying for some salt. I would not recommend this anymore sadly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After long time I had KFC Chicken maybe after 3 or 4 years back. That time we are not having any combo offers now if you see there so much option that you buy by sharing with you friends. If you come for the restaurant they maintained pretty well. Not to much crowd you have peacefully.
