Well stocked outlet with wide variety of the products, quality of the product much better than so call herbal/chemical products. Outlet accepts credit and debit card for the payment. I have noticed their is always good sales or promotion is going giving good bargain. Wide variety in ladies suits, Saree, kurta pajama and etc availabile

The place is not hard to find, it's located right on the main road, but at a fair distance from the metro. It would require you to take a two kilometers walk from the nearest metro or take a rickshaw, whatever you prefer. Coming to the shop, I felt the space is too small. They've almost everything you could imagine from Khadi but it is lying around in no arrangement whatsoever, at least that's what I felt. In case the place is visited upon by few customers at the same time, I can imagine the movement in the shop could be a problem. They've ample staff to assist you, in fact they've employed way more people than needed. Maybe I felt that way because the space is a bit congested like I mentioned before. They were helpful but I was left unattended for the most part, which I don't mind since I don't like someone hovering behind my neck everywhere I go. The place is a bit expensive, yes, but Khadi has great line of authentic products and you're going to find almost everything you want to find right in the shop which is the main purpose of your visit, I imagine. But again, they can use a better display arrangement. Also, they offer discount on the mrp of the products which was a nice surprise for me to find out once the billing was done. I bought a shampoo and few beauty products from the shop that I was looking for at prices almost comparable and even cheaper then the same products on Amazon. Besides cash, they also offer payment through credit/debit cards. Addition of PayTm and Google Pay would be nice too. I was a happy customer when I left. Three stars because I think there's a lot of room for improvement. Since, the shop also offers clothing, people are going to spend some time inside and I felt they can use some sort of arrangement for drinking water and a bit more space. I would say a toilet too but that would be asking for too much. A bit more attentive staff, and someone to point out the discount that they've been offering and help you understand the buy one and get one scheme or other scheme they offer around the year properly.

Great service by customer care when manager refused to exchange due to some issue. Customer care solved the issue within 15 mins. Store staff is also good and decent availability of products.
