In fruit facial kit 5th container was mask container which was full of fungus and in pearl kit as well mask was having pungent smell.. while purchasing I checked it's expiry date while purchasing which was sep 2023... So I purchased it
But I didn't open all three kits ..and didint open all containers of each kit to check items sounds awkward ..because when we buy cosmetic items we check only it's expiry date and that's it. We don't do facial everyday.
Well so when I found out fungus full item I try contacting firstcry but return/exchange window was closed still I contacted them they told me to contact khadi naturals because it's a sealed item and we should contact manufacturers for such kind of issue..when I contacted khadi naturals they said I should contact firstcry... They are manufacturer and they didn't even bother their item was having fungus which is unhealthy for skin and health as well .. infact i provided pictures of item bar code , batch number , expiry dates and my order I'd but no response regarding return or refund...
I hope it helps others.
Very much disappointed..never ever recommend to anyone or never going to use any products ever...
