★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great collection for puja. I've always been to khadim and been a fan of their sleek and classic designs. They are comfortable, stylish and sustainable. Lill bit pricey but I don't mind because they are worth the price. You should definitely try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst showroom. Sells defective products to customers. Bought a pair of Black belly shoe for Rs 499. The leather like materials started coming off after wearing it for 2 to 3 days. After 2 weeks the designs have come out. The full shoe seems like 20 year old. The full stitch has come out. WORST. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH KHADIMS. WASTAGE OF MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice showroom with amazing shoes collection. They also have their signature "box-throwing" communication. If you go and sit here, you will see many show boxes fly over your head like airplane ? , which is very fun to see........
The only downside is, the shop is relatively small and specially in the peak season like Durga puja, the place gets very congested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD customer service.. Been to a lot of Khadim's across North Kolkata, probably the worst experience across all, the customer attendees are busy within themselves, it's more of a self-service now.. The only saving grace was the pricing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a plush showroom of Khadim's, which is regarded as one of the reliable shoe manufacturers in the eastern parts of India. This showroom is truly top notch in terms of overall ambiance, choice of footwears, customer service and the availability of bigger sized shoes. During my visit for purchasing a pair of Softouch shoes, I was pleased with the service that was rendered to me. The prices of the shoes are moderate, neither too expensive nor too cheap. However, on the quality part they don't make compromises and offer value for money products. I have observed that products from other brands like Skybags were also available in this showroom. Recommended. ??
