Horrible experience !! Pls do not take service from these people. I got ac servicing for two acs. The mechanic was there just to create new work as we were not under maintenance contract. Instead of servicing he created issues with both AC units which are quite new units. One of them started gas leakage and other one started water leakage inside hall..after the servicing. When we asked for the fixes they again asked for money inspite of promising warranty.. Pls avoid these people..

I had a horrible experience with the owner and the employees of Khalsa AC service. The owner and employee Susheel was caught red handed and then tried to justify things... They recommended to me that the condenser was not working and demanded 8000 for the same. The same was paid in advance. They then (in their own workshop) put in a smaller condenser and stated that nothing is wrong and challenged me. Susheel in an earlier call questioned me on why should he educate me about this? After so called repair the cooling again was gone and they justified the issue with an indoor leak. Turns out that there was no need to change the Condenser and that the leak was from an indoor unit which they had removed earlier and put back. He even threatened me by saying I will go to Police etc.... Not safe if you have women and elders in your house. Beware of such an aggressive person. Customer politeness is not in your DNA. I have not abused them and have a voice recording available.

They do not provide responsible service. They are repairing my refrigerator from last 2 months and yet same issue is there. Now I am asking them to give refund since refrigerator is not working. Waiting for refund. This is fault of whirlpool company since whirlpool send them to my home. I will not buy whirlpool refrigerator again because khalsa is providing bad service on behalf of whirlpool.

Horrible service quality. I contacted Hitachi for servicing my split AC through their website. Then these guys appeared as Hitachi's authorised service agent. They took exactly 2 months 3 weeks to repair and service my AC. Absolutely non-responsive, evasive and unprofessional attitude. Arbitrarily charged me Rs 10500 without any proper estimate or giving Hitachi's invoice. Their supervisor Sushil is a liar, cheat and 420. The technician who came first Umesh Shaw is no less. They set up the business to fleece people and in turn Hitachi is losing its brand value. Had there been any option to give 0 star I would have given that.

Service engineer Tariq came today at 11.20am to install our 1.5 ton Whirlpool AC. They took 4 and a half hours and finally left at 3.50pm. Tried all the tactics to charge us an exorbitant rate for every thing. He was about to leave without attaching a 3 pin plug or giving a demo (basically wanted to leave without AC being in working condition), said the customer has to buy and give us the plug or get it put by an electrician. The outdoor unit was not put to my satisfaction, kept on putting it further away to increase the length of copper wire and thus charge us extra for the same. Didn't put putty on the massive hole they drilled. Left the place in dirty and messy. I don't understand why such garbage service is provided, trying to loot us of our hard earned money. Whirlpool needs to stop tie-ups such service centers with zero ethics, professionalism or quality. I'll be writing an email to Whirlpool regarding the same.

Firstly, I had to choose 1 star since there is no provision to give zero stars. Similarly, had to choose this center for AC repair as it was the authorized center who could repair my AC that was under warranty. The problem of loud noise started 2 months ago. Initially I was told that noise is because of fault in compressor and capacitor. Charged 4950-/- for replacing the compressor which was under warranty. Stated that charges are for transportation and gas recharge. I paid but the worst was yet to come. Noise continued. On next visit I was told that motor is faulty which was not under warranty. Charges told initially were 2700-/- for motor replacement. After doing the replacement the bill given is of 5500-/-. When spoke to owner, he is unable to provide any price list from Hitachi that states motor charges or consolidate charges for the same. I read other reviews on this service centre overcharging and requesting for better service provider. But let me tell you'll that I even called Hitachi customer care number. Even they are not ready to inform about the charges of their parts of divert the call to department who can assure that the charges applied are as per Hitachi. The customer care simply takes down your request of repair and directs it back to Khalsa Service provider to quote charges as per their wish and will. Indirectly they support such overcharging. The only suggestion to reader is not to buy Hitachi Air-conditioner till they don't find a cleaner service provider who does not cheats customers.
