★ ★ ★ ★ ★ श्रमस्य प्रतिष्ठा करौ च बलम् या ब्रिदासह खामगांव अर्बन को - ऑप. बॅँकेची स्थापना - 4 आक्टोंबर 1963 विजयादशमीचे मुहुर्तावर राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघाचे तत्कालीन प्रचारक स्व. वसंतराव कसबेकर यांनी केली़. बॅँकेचे संस्थापक अध्यक्ष डॉ़. मा. गो. सावजी होते़. केवळ रु़. 25,000/- चे भाग भांडवलावर समाजातील दुर्बल तसेच उपेक्षीत आणि मध्यम वर्गीय पांढरपेशा समाजाच्या आर्थिक उत्थानासाठी रा़. स्व़. संघाच्या मुशीत तयार झालेल्या कार्यकर्त्यांनी ही बॅँक सुरु केली़. सन 1963 मध्ये लावलेल्या या इवल्याश्या रोपट्याचा विशाल वटवृक्ष झाला असून, सभासद संख्या 95000 चे वर आहे़ बॅँकेने सन 2013 मध्ये सुवर्ण महोत्सवी वर्ष साजरे केले आहे़. खामगांव सारख्या तालुका स्तरावर स्थापन झालेल्या व बहुतांश शाखा ग्रामिण भागात असलेल्या या बॅँकेने शेडयूल्ड बॅँकेचा दर्जा दि़ 22/05/1999 रोजी व मल्टीस्टेट बॅँकेचा दर्जा दि़ 12/07/2000 रोजी मिळवून देशपातळीवर सहकार क्षेत्रात आपला ठसा उमटविला आहे़. बॅँकेने आर्थिक प्रगती सोबतच सामाजीक क्षेत्रातही मोठे काम करुन सहकाराच्या तत्वाचे सुरुवाती पासूनच पालन केले आहे़.
