★ ★ ★ ★ ★ মহাশয়, আজ Havells এর একটি celling fan কিনলাম। কিন্তু আমাকে smoke colour দেখানো হয়েছিলো যেটি faulty ছিল। তার পরিবর্তে অন্য একটি fan আপনাদের godown থেকে এনে দিল যেটি আমি আর check করিনি। আমি টাকা মিটিয়ে বাড়িতে এসে দেখলাম সেটি chocolate/ red colour দিয়ে দিয়েছে। যেটি আপনাদের bill -এও red বলে উল্লেখ করা আছে।
আপনাদের contact no. এ incoming call-এর সুবিধা নেই বলছে।
দয়াকরে আমাকে colourটি পরিবর্তন করে দিলে খুবই খুশি হব।

Sir, I bought a celling fan of Havells today. But I was shown smoke color which was faulty. Instead another fan brought you from godown which I did not check anymore. I paid the money and came home with chocolate / red color. Which is also mentioned as red in your bill.

I would be very happy if you could change the color, please.
