★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always a nice experience to order food from here. They have maintained their good taste and quality. I love their Lacha prantha and Butter chicken. Have also like Dal Makhni. Delivery time is also less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been ordering food from Khana Sutra and the guy at the counter is extremely rude and the quality of the food specially has gone down. Have ordered chinese recently couple of times and sadly both the times, food was smelling bad, wasn’t fresh and with low quality. Made a complaint right then and there to the restaurant and guy (tall one) at the counter simply said “refund kar raha hu” and disconnected the call by saying “bahut customers hai”. Although I got the refund but such issue happening regularly and super rude behavior of the counter guy isn't appropriate. Will never order anything from the restaurant and will ask others too. Bad and pathetic service
