★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are good but, there is no society, no fire protection arrangements as per the law of the land, no proper security, no backup power even though lift provided is fully enclosed type common room has been occupied by the builder themselves unauthorisedly, no social life. It is good only for temporary dwelling on rent but not good for purchasing and owners living.
