I bought a sofa set of Rs 20000. Within 6-7 months only, their costly looking product has started showing signs of cheap material used in the manufacturing. Very bad screeching sound coming out of sofas while sitting or getting up from the sofa.
I complaint it. But they straight forward denied any concrete support from their end. Although, they agreed to repair it once but with no guarantee in future.
Above all, their staff has no sense of behaving with customers. They are very ill-mannered and shows dominating character while talking to the customers who come with a complaint.

You can get Chinese or Indian ready to assemble furniture.
Quality of the products available is decent. They also provide repair services for the furniture sold. Mostly no warranty on the sold products.
All available items have variety such as colour and size.
Two stars less, one for there is chance of improving the quality of the products and one for not providing quality brands.
