β β β β β Hospitality is discriminatory, you are offering tea to customers sitting next to us, but you hv no courtesy to ask the same inspite of heavy purchase of Jewellery & sarees number of times and that very day itselfs, that too when u bothered to have a friendly talk but omitted to offer tea, well you just lost a customer & we moved to rokde Jwellers for our wedding purchase just for the matter of Tea.

β β β β β A nice cosy shop, well stocked with wide variety. The salespersons are smartly dressed and eager to display as per customers likes. I had only one saree on my list but ended up buying two. Parking is another facility. Enjoyed the shopping. AnilJoshi.

β β β β β Ask for Sonal, she will guide you with the Type of Sarees you want to see or buy.
She showed us 20 sarees all they we liked and we have bought the one in our budget.
One of the employees though turned his face when we said we didnt want to but 4k+ saree and passed us on to her. She was the one who showed us sarees from 900 to 2.5k and guided us well. Thank you.

β β β β β I liked this place. The staff here is very helpful and polite. They will try their best to fulfill the customer's needs. And best things always come at a cost. So yes it's quite expensive but the goods are worth it. The ambiance is also good and customer service is also good. They are also taking proper measures for covid. If you want something really good for weddings, party wear, outdoor dresses then definitely every girl should think about this place. It's only for ladies and gents garments are not available here. I guess this is one of the best shops in the whole Nagpur for beautiful dresses.

β β β β β The collection is good and the shop offers a variety of options in sarees or lehengas.....but once you are done and pay the bill the attitude is totally different... absolutely uncooperative and no ownership at all....
I got my bridal lehenga from here and they assured that they have tailors for the blouse....charged so much for the stitching....the blouse did not fit at all but they were so reluctant and didn't fix it....Not a good experience.....

they sell the items especially cloths very expensive which is not even worth and they dont even exchange.
All the branded stores have a option to exchange if you are not satisfied with the product.
my personal experience was not at all good. I have seen the same product or item of same brand by 25% lesser cost in a different store. I will never go again and shop from here.
