★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Khandoba, Martanda Bhairava or Malhari, is a Hindu deity worshiped as a manifestation of Shiva mainly in the Deccan plateau of India, especially in the state of Maharashtra. He is the most popular Kuladaivat (family deity) in Maharashtra.He is also the patron deity of select warrior, farming, herding and Brahmin (priestly) castes as well as several of the hunter/gatherer tribes that are native to the hills and forests of this region. The cult of Khandoba has linkages with Hindu and Jain traditions, and also assimilates all communities irrespective of caste, including Muslims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Shiv Temple know to be very old, may be more then 100 years ago it was made by local farmers & villagers of that time. Still well maintained in cleanliness. Regular Aarti is done at 6.00 am then 12.00 noon then 8.00 pm.
