Beware from pickpockets, & theft.
Many Industries are situated in the nearby areas.
Good living place.
All types commodities are available in the market like Golebazar. Nimpura etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is situated at North of Kharagpur Railway Station. It is located at central position of the town.
I would suggest new commers to avoid this place at night, specially after around 10.00 pm. The place is not safe then.
You will not face any problem at day time.

You can go anywhere in India from Kharagpur by train.

All long distance buses are available from here such as
Howrah, Kolkata, Digha, Ghatal, Bankura, Medinipur etc. Local Transport Services, such as Auto-Rikshaws, Totos, Cycle-Rikshaws are also available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place... But too crowded.... Kharagpur... Kharagpur railway station is near from the place... From where you may go to many places, many other districts... You may see only green and green in all directions.... You may be feared about that woods when you are alone ??? just enjoy
