★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for mattress in West Delhi, look no further than Kharbanda Comfy Villa, Jail Road, Hari Nagar. The store is run by Hitesh Kharbanda and his family. I visited the store on Saturday, August 29, 2020 with my parents. I was bowled over by Hitesh’s customer service. Hitesh spent good one hour explaining and showing us the range of mattresses. We ended up purchasing Dreams Dr. Spine mattresses. When we got home, we noticed that one of the mattress had a manufacturing defect. I immediately called and notified Hitesh and within a day Hitesh got the mattresses exchanged at no cost and hassle to us. What more could one ask for?
I DO NOT RECOMMEND DREAMS MATTRESS SINCE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR, STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL, WEBSITE IS BROKEN AND MATTRESSES ARE OF CHEAP QUALITY.
