★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked one ticket from Hyderabad to Kharghar last December. While booking on Make My Trip it showed an error that the ticket wasn’t booked while the payment got deducted. As I was booking at last moment, I didn’t wait and booked another ticket. I receive two booking confirmation emails. I didn’t check whether they were same or different. Usually I get repeat emails so I didn’t check. I spoke to the bus guy on guiding my person to get him dropped at Kharghar correctly. It only after my guy reached to Kharghar I realised there were two bookings. So I requested for a refund. They denied as the travel date was passed. I failed to understand why none of their staff members told me that there were two seats booked under my name. They asked me to take up the issue with make my trip as they showed the error in booking and that the confirmation wasn’t sent on time. Since then I have been shuttling between. Red bus and make my trip for my refund. They have been dodging my case from one person to other. Now I gave up hope to receiving my refund and pledged never to do booking with Red Bus and Make My Trip
