โ โ โ โ โ It's CHSociety in Sector 20 at Kharghar Navi Mumbai. Most of the flats facing garden in the centre of encircled garden. Only one entrance for security purpose.

โ โ โ โ โ A quite gated community , has a pretty calm interior verandah quite cool actually . Security is not that great as expected but yes they don't let in the goons either . Place is facing water cuts that's due to the change of the muncipalika it's handed over to the PMC and they don't own a water source or a dam and thus water is a problem as they borrow it from CIDCO or NMMC . Internet service is good and electricity too . The lifts as once told to me by my resident friend in an unfortunate incident once broke down with him in it. Was pretty unfortunate .
