★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer for katana more than an year. They are not loyal towards customer.
1) I used to order water can from here, very late delivery
2) At beginning of becoming a customer to katana I paid 200 bucks for water can as deposit. At that point of time he didn't even give me any bill. When I returned the water can recently he denied me paying back because I couldn't produce the useless visiting card on which he has written 200 deposit it seems. And I'm a freaking 1 AND A HALF YEAR old customer for which he cannot trust me to give that deposit money.
3) Ever tried eggs here? Don't! They are rotten as hell. At least 20% of a tray eggs.
4) No greetings, no etiquette, arrogant answers I have heard from a shop keeper. YOU WILL END UP WITH ABSOLUTELY DIASTROUS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I DON'T HATE THEM BUT THIS IS MY GENUINE FEEDBACK.
