★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic post sales service. Before you buy, they will treat you nicely but after you have made payment, it is all false commitments and no support. My coffee table was sent in a wrong shade and he promised to get it fixed. It never happened!!

I gave an order of a sidetable on 1st april , i was told i ll recieve it in 5-6 days , kept on calling no one picks untill you call them 10 times to enquire about your product , then on 10th they asked me to collect it from their store , i went there and i was told oho sir ye kal milega , i mean is it a joke ? First you call me to collect it then you say kal milega . Then after that i asked them ki jaise hi aata hai sidetable mera call me , i waited till 22nd april then they sent it through a cab !! What is this company ? You send furniture through cab, and they asked me to keep on giving directions to cab driver !!! Later when i recieved my sidetable i recieve and unfinished product .. the table had no balance on it . It rocks from side to side . I asked them about the trouble ..they said aapke room ke floor kharab hai humara product thik hai ... what the heck is wrong with you!!!! Are you guys mad or what ? They asked me to wait for 2-3 days to get back at the problem .. his words were I NEED TO THINK FOR 2 days !! What is this ?? Am i buying an apartment or a building is it that big ?? Its been ten days right now i texted him then he said please contact the store manager im out . THE WORST COMPANY ever , BAND KARLO BHAI KAAM AGAR KAAM KARNA NAHI AATA TOH . RUDE BEHAVIOUR SE KAAM NAHI CHALTE BHAI KAAM KARNA SIKHLO !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience with Manoj so far. Right from the very start till delivery. I got the sofa set yesterday. The product looks classy, definitely worth it.
In fact, Manoj ji was even ready to replace one of the sofa seat because of a small issue, which he and his team addressed very well there itself.
Hoping to get similar service in future in case some issue surfaces.
Otherwise, this is a store which surely deserves a visit if someone is planning to buy furniture for their home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 6 sitter dinning table 4 months back and was delivered within 10 days (for which I have given 2 stars). During the time of delivery there few damages and I was informed that it will be replaced within 15 days. Now it's been more than 3 months that I have been following up with Mr. Manoj over phone and WhatsApp and even visited the shop but it is still not replaced. Now I am not even getting response over phone and WhatsApp.
