★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience today. Entire staff (especially cashier) are very rude to the customers. Staff is inefficient in managing the pending amounts, monthly schemes. Says some approval is needed, come back next time, today there is some problem or some other excuse. Insulted me when asked for a discount on an item. They are polite when we opt for any plan for rude while exiting the plan. I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from khazana Srikakulam. There are much better stores like Lalitha, Vaibhav, Malabar to visit.
