★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will try to cheat you as much as possible, I didn't want to take their compulsory helmet and then they didn't give me the helmet at all even after 1 month of purchasing the vehicle. First they were not deduct the money for the helmet and now they have not given the helmet. Please avoid khimji Patia dealership. They will try to cheat you as much as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased Honda Dio Deluxe and really Upset about this Scooty. Specially I am upset more because of Headlight LED.
While travelling at the night time, I am not able to see anything up to 30 meters. Not able to find the perfect clarification in front of me. Incase if you are complaining about it, sales person is saying it's company manufacturing defect, and you will complain it to the company directly.
So the customer is going to the Honda company and complaining about the defects? This is an answer by the Khimji Honda team.
Really upset to your service and product. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper service by any of memeber from Khimji. This is second time I had given my scooter Activa 5G there is no improvement in service. What they used with I don't know but after some period of time they will say you can pay the bill and take you scooter. If I check scooter is not washed proper even I have given additional 250 rs for onetime policy but scooter shows as like as before. Also scooter is not old one its just 3 years and total km is 8K only. If I complain that time no one will listen because stafs are not well trained and professional. Its a Waste of money if you go to Khimji Honda Patia
One major thing is they will ask you sign feedback form and take from without asking to fill the complete feedback. Once you left after sign they will fill feedback on their own.
