He listens very carefully to customer.
He made a glass door me in my budget where other glassworkers told its not possible to make door in my office without wooden frame which cost me extra 7k. But Dashratbhai made it for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor response. My window glass broke and I have approached Khodiyar glass for replacement. They said they will send a person for measurements and the cost estimate. I had to follow up with them twice/thrice every day for the measurements. on 4th day, after making 3 follow-ups the person came for measurements and told us that it will take 4-5 days to replace the glass to which we agreed to. There after no update on the estimated cost. Not lifting phone. After 4 days, he lifted the call and he has not even remembered that they have collected the measurements.
