★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry to say that, but the guys who are making the bouquets are absolute dilletantes and have no idea what they're doing.
The result was an unbalanced bouquet with cuts on different levels and then tied up, to hide this fact and represent same leven on the top.
The stalks wasn't properly cleaned up and was full of leaves which would lead to decay and bad smell after few days.
Had to redo all their job by myself at home. At least the flowers themselves seems big and nice, so 2 starts for that.

I placed the order from overseas but the entire experience was smooth and hassle free. The flowers reached my mom on Valentine's Day(a pretty busy day) on time and as per the picture shown. I will surely order again.
