★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I went to Khosla Electronics Behala to get one laptop for me but i didn't went there to purchase the product instantly but i selected one laptop which I was planning to buy it on the next day so when I went there I saw that laptop was sold out that day my brother was planning to buy an iPhone which was not available there so I went to my next nearest Store to buy the Phone the next day i visited Khosla Electronics again to buy one good available laptop under my price range i was going to buy the product taking the help of E.M.I but as I was underaged so I wasn't allowed to take the help of E.M.I to buy the product so the staff's of Khosla Electronics gave me an advise to give advance for the laptop which I was planning to buy so I gave a little amount as advance for the product but after returning home my dad told me if you're planning to buy a good laptop then you can go for MacBook i thought that will be a great option for me so I called one of the employee of Khosla Electronics to know that MacBook is available there or not but unfortunately his answer was no so the next day i went to my next nearest Store to purchase MacBook that is not a big deal but the next day when I went to Khosla Electronics to get back my advance i thought they won't return me anything or they will convince me to buy something else but as soon as I went there with the bill of advance payment and when I requested they to refund my money they returned my money without any hesitation I'm really satisfied with the kindness of the management which they are showing to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are selling all degraded electronic items. Long back I have purchased Hitachi AC 1.5 ton from this shop & they have given sub standard item. In spite of repeated complaint its no use

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to buy appliances. Price is high compared to other stores as well as online shopping site. Also only few options are available for some particular product or may be it's only one option available. So if this things continue then survival of this kind of electronics store is very tough in this competitive market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I went to buy Samsung M12 but they insist me to buy Vivo y21. And the phone is totaly defective. I just bring to home they then I saw it very slow, and extremely warm back of set. Please don't trust them. Fraud peoples are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen this much of utmost irresponsible staff from any Electronics store who don't bother about what the customer wants. The only thing concerns them is their commission from their manipulative sales pitch to the customers. Khosla Electronics Behala have such a poor service which I faced from my recent purchase. The Sales Executive namely "Atashi Khute" from the air conditioner sales department made false promises during the purchase and when I enquired about their bad rating in Google and Goodwill in the market, they completely denied such allegations, now thanks to them I can confirm all the below 3 star rating experiences are REAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Aquaguard on 23rd of April 2022 on finance, after 3 days they delivered wrong product. It was on finance hence they kept me on hold till day before yesterday by sharing fake commitments and promises. Had to pay another 500 bucks for bill cancellation as wrong product ID was selected from their end. I was promised I will receive the product yesterday but till now no product.
So 1st they will loot u even its their fault still u will pay and later they won't even deliver the product.
Previously I also faced the same issue with khosla Behala where they shared my details and product details to 3rd party vendor for profit in accessories sales and now this...mind you ur data is not safe with them.
STAY ASSURED THIS IS THE LAST TIME YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMING ME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is completely unprofessional and doesn't bother what customer wants. I tried to buy a laptop from Khosla in 2021 and before visiting I called them whether the configuration I want is available or not. After confirming that it is available I went to buy it the same day. When I reach there they told it is not available and gave other configurations (which is obviously high-priced) which I didn't need.
Today I called to get the information about AC but unfortunately they didn't pick up the call. It shows that they doesn't bother about customers.
Hence, I decided to buy it from other shop. I will certainly not recommend any customer to buy from Khosla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm Extremely disappointed with your service. I bought a refrigerator on Friday (29th April, 2022), but today is Tuesday (3rd May,2022) , it still not delivered to my house. The staff, named Anita, do not pick up my phone she has switched off her phone. My payment is done on the day I bought it. The service is very poor. I do not recommend any of you to buy any thing from this location because the staffs are not cooperating, they do not help you to get your item delivered in time.
