Here's my experience:
I purchased a washing machine from them on 11/2/22 which they kept on delaying to deliver and then delivered one week later and when the person who came to show the demo opened the box the machine had a huge dent on it. We called for an exchange which they kept on delaying and behaved rudely everytime we called for an update. Their behaviour is the worst I've ever experienced regarding customer service. Once their bill is paid they are zero concerned about anything related to the issue that the customer might have. We made a huge mistake by paying the full amount on the very first day we should have taken emi because once the payment is done their whole attitude changes. We faced such disgusting harrasment for buying this washing machine from them. I'd never buy anything and I'd recommend y'all to not purchase anything from this shop unless they change the rude salespersons working there.
