1. Broke landlady.
2. Cab service is never available.
3. Food runs out in 5 minutes because they don't make enough food.
4. A sweaty old man will cook food while touching his hairy chest.
5. Zero maintainance.
6. Landlady is unpleasant and always crying about amenities for which we paid.
7. Landlady sends transport for her relatives, again for which students pay.
8. Food quality is very poor.
9. No regular cleaning.
10. Theft cases are very high.
11. Landlady is broke when it comes to resolving any problem.
12. Elevators don't work.
13. The locality is smelly.
