★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. Such an impolite person. When I went to talk about how he sold me faulty pens, he started creating a scene. He said "I didn't ask you to buy these pen". Why tf are you selling them then??!!! This is no way to talk to customers. He asked me to send a complaint to the manufacturer, and not him.
Like seriously dude? It's your freaking shop, you will be held accountable for every faulty product that you sell. Instead of taking responsibility, he created a damn scene. I never came across such nuisance. I literally walked out in anger because of his extreme arrogance and ill-mannered behaviour. I am never ever buying anything from this shop and I would not recommend anyone to visit this shop.
