★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are actually the best packers and movers in Patna.
I had a lot of confusion when trying to choose a packers and movers when moving out of Patna. Seeing the professional way in which they did the initial conversation, I went with them. They provided all the details that I asked for, which helped me have trust in them.
On the day of packing, they did a great job. They packed every item properly, but there was a minor damage, but the damage was not more than 500 rupees worth, so it is fine.
Unpacking in the destination city was also done on time and done very nicely.
They maintained their professionalism from the beginning till the end and charged comparable to other packers and movers.
I was really happy with their service and it took away a lot of tension from my mind. I would suggest you to talk to them once in case you are moving in or out of any of the cities they serve in.

Mr Azad was very helpful in answering all my pre booking queries, agreed for packaging the stuff till late night as I had an urgency to ship the household goods to Bangalore. Packaging was nicely done with special care on crockery and fragile items. He also proactively shared updates on the shipment and ensured a timely delivery of my goods. Highly recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have availed their service to shift from patna to Bhagalpur. Personally I didn’t have a good experience with them. Prices are on the higher side. I was charged a whooping 25k. Also change of terms in between where you are forced to agree to their terms. They will do everything on their terms. My book shelf got damaged in transport and when the same was communicated to owner, he didn’t even care to respond.
I would suggest to review the market then go for a good packers and movers. Don’t fall for the good rating and choose smartly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was searching for an affordable movers and packers in Patna, I got the connect for Khushi Packers. They provided a very competitive rate for the intercity movement and also shared the break down of each services which i think most of the P&M were not providing. Their packaging was very good and completed the whole process (for 2BHK flat) within 3 hours. Their staff is well trained for handling big, small and delicate items. I had to transfer the items from Patna to Kolkata, I was in constant touch with the driver and he delivered exactly on time as promised. Also, the setup at my destination location was very smooth. They even helped me place the furniture and other items in exact place where I wanted. Overall, very good experience with the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to shift my parents to another location within the city. Khushi Movers and Packers did a good job of packing the house and shifting to another location. We did not have to worry about anything. I did not have much items to shift - one double bed, one dining table with four chairs, one huge iron trunk, one medium size iron trunk, five trolley bags, one metal small size cupboard, all kitchen accessories, all extra clothing, metal cooler, TV with TV cabinet. The company had sent four men for the packing who completed the entire packing in about 4 hours. They dismounted the Dish of Dist TV along with the fans. The luggage was shifted to new location about 17 km apart in two trips. My old house did not have lift and luggage had to be brought down from 3rd floor. New apartment had lift which was used.
The entire thing was done professionally without any complain. The only drawback which I found was the amount they charged. The shifting cost me Rs 9000. Initially they had told me on phone that it would cost not more than Rs 8000 but the amount was increased a day prior to move. Otherwise, overall a good experience. Would recommend Khushi Packers and Movers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience with Khusi packers and movers while local shifting in Patna. They packed & handled things quite nicely. Even I had booked them to fit my appliances at new place which they did quite well, only the ac part took much time as those electrician or whatever tie-up they had , didn't have much experience so took much time. Rest the packers service was simply awesome.
