★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a total fraud with us..we booked a tempo Traveller from them and the tempo was totally opposite of what they shown to us..there is no bluetooth audio system no charging points no cushioned seats no ice box as promised and shown through photos and many issues with the vehicle..though I cannot cancel the trip as I've already booked the services and hotels of my destination.. First &last experience with Khushi travels

We were given the wrong bus, without the things we were promised at the time of booking. There were no charging points, the music system did not have Bluetooth connectivity, the couch at the back was missing.
And we realised all of this only when the bus reached us, just before departure, so had no time to react or cancel the booking.
The driver sent to us was not very professional. He had not slept in the last three days (according to his own submission). He kept stopping the bus to sleep, every now and then. It was scary to be driven by a sleepy driver in the hills.
The bus was outsourced so these guys had no knowledge of what was being sent, and if the things were in order or not.
I would strongly advise fellow passengers to consider other vendors and make sure you INSPECT BEFORE PAYING ANY ADVANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This travel agency took our advance money then had send a different vehicle instead of booked one in which he was at total fault still didn't gave our money back.
I don't know who all will be reading it but it is a genuine review so please beware and don't book from this traveler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, and not trustworthy. In the starting when I was negotiating with its representative or owner ‘Sumit’ he quoted me a fix amount for my trip and said nothing above this amt u have to pay ie.. no driver charges, no parking, no toll and sent me a photo of the car and said that he will send only that car. Seeing the picture of the car and amount i agreed and i kept asking policy in written which he never provided then on the last day he added driver TA/DA also which i refused. So, he changed the car, sent me worst condition car with no head rest , full cng so no bag space at back. And at last moment i was not in a condition to cancel the trip. So, my whole trip in car was a suffering and it was a long trip around 14 to 15 hrs. For just 800 rs. he has changed the whole without me knowing that. I will not recommend him to anybody.

They cheat with the people, I booked a traveller 12 seater from Noida to Manali they demand for a advance booking so i make a payment of 5000 Rs from paytm after that they demand for more advance so again I make 3000 advance payment for the same, at the last moment he replied my vehicle is not available and not picked my calls. Still I am chasing for my money. Never give you hard money to such a lier as advance.
