If you dont like it, leave and go to an Indian company." Many good staff have left the organization due to it's dictatorship management style that is bereft of human touch.

I was recently recruited in KHvatec India Pvt. Ltd., (Plot No. A-3, Ecotech-VI, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida) as a Manufacturing Engineer, But I feel regretful to say that my expectation did not meet the practical circumstances and with a heavy heart I would like to convey that I wasn't able to fit into the work culture, nor was I given enough induction or support from my fellows or seniors.
I also would like to bring to your notice one of the incidents which happened earlier this week, I took an urgent leave to go to my home with information being given to my manager. But when I rejoined the company, I was upset with the treatment given to me as I was asked to wait for about 5 hours doing nothing. I was in a state of confusion and upset with the attitude shown to me. I could not understand what was happening.
And in the end nobody care that a employee left the organisation due to this reason...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Recently joined at March 2021 in this company. They left me in May 2021 within 3 month without any reason & and say plan is down from customer side. Can you imagine that situation, behave like go to hell.
If you want to join this company at own risk so go and join them.
If they have plan then company calling you and tell to join them. If plan is down they left you anytime.
