★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular customer here for my bike service since 2017...They only focused on sell their product.. After sales the service is really bad...i don't have another option for my bike service.i had paid extra money to workers to get my work done.

For first service itself we went 4,5 times to their service centre.

They will take extra money for spares at the time to purchase. but they won't give spares. they will say, spares not available always & finally they will say you have to purchase those separately again. Them selves saying the best showroom & they won't have any spares, not even Battery. Took Suzuki ACCESS 125 BS6 3 months back. Yesterday only bike got stopped running & they changed used battery for temporary use, as they don't have battery stock in showroom (they said, "we don't know when spares will come" so shame less.) with out spares they are running so big showroom. SO shameless. Never ever purchase from that showroom. if you want only Suzuki brand, get it from other cities or go for other brands. it's always better taking other brand instead taking from this showroom.
i wanted to give minus ragings...but not available. not even worth for 1 ratings.
