We have to visit showroom for each and every small details as we don't get response on call.
Further when we booked the car yesterday via call and made online transfer, I didn't get any confirmation or receipt until next day which is today (I suppose I would again need to visit the showroom to get the status)
I also tried to call their toll free number, they say car has been booked but sharing wrong information and have no idea.
Overall, I can confirm, I just liked Kia sonet that's why I booked it otherwise These customer guys have no sense of professionalism and I would not go with the company with such a poor relationship engagement.

1. Informed SE Mr. Abhishek (answered all the queries which I had )
2. Good Ambience and positive environment.
3. Neat and clean sitting arrangement for customers.
4. Proper feedback
5. Quick processing of documents on the delivery date of vehicle.
6. No logistic fees (It is illegal though some dealers charge it)
7. Vehicle delivering ceremony
8. Some misunderstanding happened and galaxy kia executive was quick to respond on it officially.
Things which I did not like
1.Late delivery of sonet (I did't get car on promised time, due to this had to pay extra )
I hope after sale services would be good and I won't regret for waiting time and paying extra.
So far so good.
