★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a Kia Sonet HTk+ petrol on 20/june 2021 from ASB Automobile for my sister and I wanted Car to be delivered in Oct as it was for my sister wedding so I wish to take delivery in Oct and I was promised for the same then in August they called me to take the delivery but I refused as I wanted in Oct only and they agreed also. Further in October, they told that delivery of Car is not possible in November and even they give no assurance of delivery date. The behaviour of Kia salesperson is also very poor, all they do is procrastinate. I really had a very bad experience from Kia just because of unprofessional behaviour of ASB Showroom in Ghaziabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all know that the cars are amazing, this showroom however is a bit low on energy. But yeah, the demonstrated the features of the car properly and helped me settle on carnival. Good staff, but there's a long waiting though, so beware of that and ask them about the waiting time/list beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic after sales service and they staff is very unprofessional, they don’t even know how to treat the customers. Every time i go to get my car serviced i have to wait for like 40 mins and sometimes even more they way the behave is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospitality was outstanding, the basic customer service which one seeks for was upto the mark. The sales executive was too knowledgeable about specifications and stuff. The only problem was they were not able to arrange on site test drive.
