★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u want to qualify csir net within one year of preparation thn KICS is WORST choice... unnecessary strict rules and regulations ruin the institute. Lack of question practice in class is major problem. It seems faculty are just doing their job to teach, not intended to make u learn concept, unfriendly behaviour, strange holiday schedule is another problem.. U will feel like a 5th class school student who cant even go for washroom with or without permission. They force u to study more amd more and more along with submitting homework else u will not be provided with study material even after paying full fee, all this ultimately results in overdose which renders u less active and more stressed.
But yes if u have 2-3 year in ur hand thn u can think abt KICS. To qualify net u must must must must have to read books which is not allowed in institute..with the help of class notes only u seriously need 4-5 attempt..
In almost every second class 1-2 hr of motivational session will happen which is entirely waste of time as at tht stage self motivation is the only key of success..
Now good thing is that subject knowledge of faculty is good but way of delivering it is very poor.
