★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Support staff is not cooperative. I had to wait for 1 hour even after taking an appointment. Some reports have been advised by doctor and i had to visit twice to get the report. One report came after 10 days. Then i had to visit thrice to get a bill for the reports i have done at their laboratory.
