★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had transacted with this business for about ONE AND HALF YEARS, this is my review based on this.
During the times i had transacted i was dealt with the store owner's son which was decent, but i had recently bought a toy while his father was on board just after one day even without my kid playing it for more than 30 min had issues with the gears...so had to returned to the shop with the toy, to which the father had abruptly changed his demeanor and had an insulting tone said that they care no responsibility of the toy once it is out of the shop and said that to take the toy elsewhere to get it repaired.... Also said that these toys are MADE IN CHINA so they take no responsibility of the product since they are inferior in quality.....to which i was surprised...why sell inferior products at a high price was my question to him which irated him a loot.....
During this time a customer actually came to my aide with a similar story and had an encounter with the father...
So short story sweet--- they had taken in the toy and got it repaired, got a call so went to pick the toy. This father rolls in with an attitude and started self centering and began to raise his voice again....
Giving business to this store and getting insulted is what u get.....and heartbreak of u r kids.....so my opinion get to a better store where owners are good and not self centred, pathetic, ignorant people....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Different baby items belonging to different companies are available. Shoes and chappal collection is very good and impressive. Soft toys are excellent. Very neat and cleanly maintained. Staff are very responsive and informative. Only the drawback is that less number of designs of dresses are available. Collection is very good.
