★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of their service and product is deplorable ..All the nuts and bolts rusted and the plastic components have faded .All this in the wrapped condition without being used for a single day.Was committed that the same would be attended immediately after Diwali and now informed that labour have not returned from the village
@ Kidzlet 24/11/ 2021 I am posting this in response to your reply . Is the billing date your only defense to support the poor quality and that too for bolts and nuts and plastic components . Suggest you contact your Chennai representative and ascertain facts as to when and when it was installed unwrapped etc .
