★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't expect such a very bad customer experience considering kiko's brand name. I bought a black shimmered eye shadow from this outlet worth Rs. 1100. First of all they charged me double the price at the time of billing, which my husband paid for and didn't realise they quoting incorrect price. While moving out I checked and realised they overcharged. We went back and they refunded the overcharged amount.
This was not enough, when I opened that eye shadow after a few days to use, it was not the one they showed me as a tester. I chose dark black shimmer eye shadow and they packed silver weird colour eye shadow for me.
Never shopping from this outlet again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very unprofessional. Took my mom to pick some stuff for her but got no help from the staff. They were busy talking to each other and not at all interested in the customer. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help us pick a few lipsticks but they were not willing to help and finally walked out of the store disappointed.
