★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KIMS started functioning from 1989 with its centre at RajajiNagar. It was founded Mr.Shashikant.S.Kanbargimath. He was in the Tennis teaching faculty of SPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA. After resigning from SAI worked as chief coach ai KSLTA for a short period and then started KIM’S TENNIS ACADEMY. Seeing the overwhelming response Academy started it main centre at Indian Gymkhana Grounds, Cox Town from 1990 to 2010. The Academy was responsible for Junior Tennis development from grass root level and popularising Tennis by conducting coaching camps and State and All India Junior Ranking Tennis Tournaments annually.
