★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hospital for orthopedic. Stuffs are very helpful. Dr. Debabrata Banerji, the owner of this hospital, is very good, well behavior with patients. So if there is any emergency case go there without any hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor hospital..quality of dr. Is good but the management like pharmacy, staff,security and Opd is very very bad.they give the timming of Opd but dr. Comes in Opd after 3-4hrs. Then what about our patient??? They have so many rules but all rules are for patient and patient party.. dr. Have no care of patients..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my delivery here in KIMS hospital. I was quite satisfied and happy with the treatment and the environment of the hospital. I gave birth to a little prince under the guidance of Nasima khondoker ma'am. She is a brilliant doctor. She knows how to take care of her patients and deliver the right treatment. The nurses, doctors, other assistants and aayas are also good. They are always available to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are good. But the management system is worst. You can not make an online payment & book slot for doctor consultation. You may have to wait more than 10-12 hours (yes, you read it right) if you are from outside of burdwan town. I have visited this place 4-5 times for my mom for consulting a spine surgeon, every time the experience is same.
Not enough sitting arrangements for the patients and it is very irritating, specially when you have to wait for such long hours.
I only visited the OPD section(spine surgeon) of this hospital & reviewing on basis of that only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean place. Parking lot is good. Nurse and stuff are behaviour very polite and they are very careful. Canteen are also present here. It's my personal experience and opinion.

1.Doctors are good behaved and staffs are polite and helpful.
2. Parking zone moderately ok.
3. Cantin is good.food quality hygienic with reasonable rate.
4. Washrooms and floor are clean.
Bad--
1. No online booking system. That's why you have to wait for a long time. But you have to reach there early for booking....it's disgusting.
2. Waiting lounge is not large enough. Limited chairs available there ..
3. Way towards hospital from Road is not wide or good enough.
4. The most worst point is pharmacy..only 2 lazy persons operate the pharmacy..everybody have to wait for a long time for few medicines and their behavior is very very bad..I have to wait for 40 minutes for 4 tablets..not only that there is no discount on medicines where every pharmacy gives us minimum 10 % discount.
5. Television is not functioning .
