★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hloo.. Guy's plz don't stay in King's palace. The owner of this taking huge charges on Electric Bill. First he is telling to the customer its just Rs 200 around but actually he charging around Rs800-1000 per head/ month. It's inappropriate know? And if we will adk to show electric bill statement, then he is speaking its not mandatory. Its really worst friends. You can find better pg rooms near this area. Including fooding also. Why you will refer this type of rooms as well as owner? I suggest plzz do not go. And one more thing, owner taking 2 months advance money but he never return advance money while you completely leaving the pg. 1 month money returning to the rent ppls. I suggest never live such type of pgs. Likely King's palace. Don't go here. This is really worst. Worst. Worst.
