★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had given us best deal for Mahabaleshwar at price point of view. But hotel given by them #MahabaleshwarPalace was terrible experinxe, not maintained properly, rooms are stinking , water leakage problem at staircase, staff/management is somehow rude to reply our queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic services and the coordination staff i had found in my travel life. Today my family travelled in a bus and and because of some hurryness and unknowingly i missed to buy a middle birth seat of the bus, as my mom is little challanged due to spinal and lumber back issue.
They had tried conviencing to bus staff and passangers to give her a middle seat and exchange with her seat ,but no one cordinate with her and she reached to her destination with loads of pain and trouble. I recommed to everyone not to travel with this travels. As u might face some challanges and this people will never help u..
Today 1 more thing i experienced here that is human nature , behaviour and humanity, no doubt why pandemic brings a huge disaster in world, as god's brings this between us to teach a lesson ...than tooo many of them not yet realised....they will feel it soon if they wil find themselves in our shoes in any condition... pathetic means pathetic....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. They have all kinds of transportation available no matter where u want to go. I've booked bus tickets from Mumbai to Goa. Prices are also reasonable. If u want to book bus ticket, don't book online as generally prices are very high on MMT, Redbus, Abhibus n all as compared to here.

He is a third party taking bookings on behalf of swami travels borivali.The entire trip was OK but transportation was problem.Swami travels pick up from ulhasnagar and then transfer to other bus in Thane and same problem we face during return journey. Communication from King's travels agency and swami travels was zero.
