★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my silk clothes for dry clean. The clothes were returned in torn state. There were many holes in the silk clothes. The dry cleaners destroyed the cloth completely and returned saying that the worker was newly appointed.
A boy was sent to return the clothes and the dry cleaners is not taking calls. I told specifically that the clothes are expensive and accordingly need to be handled accordingly. However due to the negligence, the cloth was destroyed completely.
The dry cleaners is now not responded to calls.
I would not suggest to use KingDrycleaners. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
