★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don't waste your money its such a pathetic place i have ever seen in my life there's no staff no proper cleaning in room's and other areas and the electricity it's always fluctuate and the care taker he is very arrogant and narrow minded person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very bad farm. No light full night. No water supply. Very bad attitude of the care taker. Carevtaker himself having party there full night. Never seen such pathetic services ever. Don't even dare to book it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. We checked in and wanted to leave as soon as we saw the pool, rooms and facilities. Caretaker closed the front door and extorted half the amount from us before we could leave... Pathetic experience

There were spiders and lizards everywhere.
Quilts were not provided.
Major electricity issue.
Major water issue both drinking and tap water.
No staff was available to solve the issues.
No cleaness, no sanitization, even pool water was very dirty.
The ACs were also not working.
No toiletries were provided.
Even the owner was very very rude.
And most importantly they left there 2 dogs loose in the area.. and the dogs were very scary and were trying to enter in the lobby area and they kept barking whole night due to which we were unable to sleep also... The dogs were even entering the pool..
So no hygiene atall..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will have to pay entire amount at the time of check-in for which they have very logical reasons, which are :-
1. No Electricity, cz there is voltage issue, kuch bhi
kehelo inko A/C, Fan n Fridge wont work and
manager won't on generator.
2. They don't have proper water supply in washrooms.
3. No filtered water.
4. They have only two people as staff.
5. All commitments are fake.
6. Very rude behaviour.
7. Bedsheets pillows quilts all smells so bad.

were trying to enter the lobby area or humari fatti
rahi cz doors to ap band nahi kar skte kyuki vo b
jaam pade hai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent one night here, we booked 5 rooms for 10 adults.we had a very bad experience. This property is very good but with worst facilities. no-one was there to host us. Electricity was very very poor, no enough water in all bathrooms, no proper drinking water, sewage water was running out side the room. Dear owner you have very good property you have to improve all basic services at least.
