The stay doesn't know how to treat their customers at all. Its just a waste of time even visiting them.
Or you might end up with a display model for which you paid a premium price .
Think twice before buying to even visiting the place , there are many alternative around this place with better price and customer care service.

tell me when the remaining order is due..... maybe you should of had that as a priority before responding. please contact me directly to tell me what the situation is with the order?
There was a problem with delivery. Delivery company mis delivered to wrong address, without prompting or hesitation The Electrical Showroom offered to re-send my parcel. It arrived 48hrs later excellent customer service will definitely be using the company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there looking for a refrigerator. Contrary to it's outdoor display and all, they've only outdated and fewer model for sale. And all that was on Diwali week of 2018. And what's adds more to it was their rude staff. There's complete u-turn in their behavior when you refuse to purchase anything.
I wish there was zero rating only for this store.

Most of the models where not there plus prices are quiet high compared to any online site. They are not ready to give any lucrative discount. Even staffs are not polite just want to close the deal.
